LIGHTING WIZARD NEEDED. KIDLINGTON.

My name is Mary Simmonds and I am Chair of Kidlington Amateur Operatic Society (KAOS) and am after some help please.
We have a staged concert taking place at Gosford Hill School on October 19th,20th and 21st. We are looking for someone who can manage the lighting for this concert.
They would be required to :
* Work with Frankie(the director) to design some basic lighting states.
* Rig the lights (up a ladder!) + Programme lighting desk on Saturday 14th October in the Hall.
* Operate lighting desk on Sun 15th, Mon 16th, Thur 19th, Fri 20th, Sat 21st October for Runs/Performances.
